Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actor. He began his acting career by playing on TV shows such as Opposite sexual assault. After appearances in a variety of teens' films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he gained attention for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics characters such as the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has continued to be featured in films that were based on comic books: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer and Snowpiercer(2013). The character of Captain America/Steve Rogers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 (2015), 2014), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) as well as Endgame in 2019 earned him even more fame. The Marvel films have made him one of the most highly paid Hollywood actors.
